The words are "AND PLATFORMS" in the title SIDE TRACKS AND PLATFORMS IN GOOD ORDER, and "the Platforms and" in the body of obligation 27, which reads, in full, "27.--All Side Tracks must be maintained in good order, and the Platforms and Station Grounds shall always present a cleanly appearance.--An untidy Section will be considered as evidence of an incompetent foreman.")
